For most people, Sundays are preserved to recuperate from a long week of grinding, nursing hangovers, spending time with family, catching up with friends and sometimes our favourite tv shows. Personally, I love to seize the day and make the most of it by attending service, catching up with family, friends and boyfriend. Basically unwinding and spending time with those that matter.
Also, I find myself setting time aside not only to plan for the coming week because it is essential but to just be grateful for the abundant blessings in my life. I believe that it is paramount to express gratitude for it is a powerful process for shifting your energy and bringing more of what you want in life. If you are grateful for what you already have you attract more good things. So how do you spend your Sundays? I would love to hear.

I would love to conclude with a poem by William Shakespeare I found while browsing some time back. Hope it brings insight into your life.
“Time is very slow for those who wait;
very fast for those who are scared;
very long for those who lament;
very short for those who celebrate; but for those who love, time is eternal.”
